Sharif Masri

Sharif was born in Washington, D.C., and grew up in Maryland. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology from the Honors Program at the University of Maryland, College Park, he moved to South Florida. Sharif spent 10 years in law enforcement before transitioning to a career in mass transit. Sharif attended Florida International University’s College of Law in the evening while working full-time as a supervisor for Miami-Dade Transit. Sharif graduated as Salutatorian of his class and Magna Cum Laude.

He is currently licensed to practice law in Florida, as well as in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Sharif started this law firm shortly after passing the Florida bar exam, and practices primarily in the areas of debt settlement and consumer law, contracts, and civil law. However, Sharif also handles matters outside of these fields.

As his clients know, Sharif will answer the phone whether it’s during business hours, 10:00 at night, or weekends and holidays. No case is too small to have your voice heard, and Sharif prides himself on not charging by the second, or when you call or email to ask a question.

Sharif still works his second job with Miami-Dade Transit, overseeing a $108 million-dollar private security contract for the County, as well as overseeing all security operations for transit county-wide. In his free time, Sharif enjoys spending time with his daughters, going to the beach, and playing sports.
